Since there is a library on site at the Sussex County Keogh-Dwyer Correctional Facility, books, newspapers, and magazines are not allowed to be sent in the mail. Inmates are not allowed to receive any outside reading material. A volunteer brings a book cart around each cell every week. You are also not allowed to send pictures in the mail.

Sending Money
