Phone calls
You can send money to load a telephone account for an inmate at Baltimore City Detention Center. Inmates cannot receive incoming calls, but they can call out using a pre-paid telephone account. An inmate must have access to a pre-paid phone account to make calls. Visitation
Start by filling out a visitor’s application. You will need to go through an approval process, so you should fill out and submit the application well in advance of when you would like to visit. When you do visit, remember to dress conservatively and not bring any contraband with you.
