Sending Money
Baltimore City Jail is somewhat unique in that money for inmates can only be sent via mail. There is no online option to send money to an inmate. It also cannot be cash or check, and you must send it as a money order made out to the name of the inmate you are sending the money to.

Phone calls
While inmates cannot receiving incoming phone calls, you can help set them up with a telephone account. You can set that account up online. They can use this account to make outgoing calls without calling you collect and charging you.
Visitation
All inmates have visitation rights unless they are on restriction for unruly behavior.
You can expect a stringent screening process, and should call ahead to announce your arrival and coordinate logistics.
